I ship all paintings from Southern Ontario Canada with care & tracking whenever possible. Here's how I've set it up to keep things simple.
Canada & USA. = Free shipping
International = $25.00 CAD flat rate

Lost Package
Wait at least 14 business days from original delivery date.
Email me all information ( shipping details, tracking number, order details, invoice,ect.)
Damaged Package
- need a photo
- option of refund or a painting of same price as original order
